Which means of payment are accepted?

You can pay online by bank card or by bank transfer. Cheques are also accepted.

What is the payment deadline for a group tour?

Make your payment once the quote has been confirmed and no later than one month before the guided tour.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a group?

We allow 25 people per group at most, with the exception of coach visits. Please contact our advisers for further details.

How many languages are the tours available in?

Our tours are available in 7 languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese. Tours in Danish, Dutch and Chinese are also possible on request.

How many tour themes do you offer?

We offer more than 30 tour themes along with more than 20 additional services.

What are the additional services available?

To further enhance your experience, we provide additional services such as tastings and workshops. Also, to facilitate logistics, we can come to meet your directly at the station or airport, and provide audio earpieces and transport tickets.

Where do the tours begin and end?

The departure and pick-up points for groups vary from one tour to another. To help you prepare for your arrival, you will find all of the necessary information (including start and end points, as well as contact details for the guide or guides) on the confirmation document.

What is the price for a group tour?

Prices vary according to the size of the group, the service requested and the time of year. Indeed, since 2024, we have applied a different price depending on the season. For more information, please consult our price list:

What are the cancellation and modification conditions?

Is there a discount for Lyon City Card holders?

Yes, enjoy a 10% discount on the privatisation of a group tour of your choice as part of the Lyon City Card offer. (As a reminder, for any bulk purchase of at least 10 Lyon City Cards, you can also enjoy preferential rates).

Is photo- and video-taking during tours allowed?

Please note that strict conditions apply to certain tours. For example, permission must be given to take photos during the tour of the Gratte-Ciel district in Villeurbanne. Taking pictures and videos is strictly forbidden during the tour of the Palais de Justice (Law Courts) and Renault Trucks. Also, visitors are strongly advised to limit photo-taking during the tour of Loyasse Cemetery, to show respect to people visiting deceased loved-ones.
